xFetishTube is an embed-only site. We do not upload, store, or host any video files on our servers. All videos are embedded from third-party platforms and remain hosted there.
That said, we take copyright seriously. If you are a copyright holder and believe content embedded on this site infringes your rights, you can submit a DMCA takedown notice and we will remove the embed from our site promptly.
How to Submit a DMCA Notice
Your notice must include the following information for us to act on it:
- Your name and contact information (email address at minimum)
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The specific URL on xFetishTube where the infringing embed appears
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature

We process DMCA notices within 48 to 72 hours of receipt. Once we confirm a valid notice, the embed will be removed from our site. Note that removing the embed from xFetishTube does not remove the video from the platform hosting it. You will need to contact that platform directly to have the video taken down at the source.
Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Counter-notices must include your contact information, identification of the removed content and its location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of removing access for users who are found to be repeat infringers, in accordance with the DMCA.
